Just take your time when you are there .. I'm sure that you will find plenty :)

Best of luck to you on your new journey :)

they have great soups at TJ's.   I also like the cuban style black beans (they are great).    They have great 96% lean ground beef, and they have a great tri tip roast that is very tender in the crock pot.   Oh, and frozen turkey meatballs.

When you are allowed them on your food plan...I like to get nuts there (they have cashews and almonds in individual bags so they are pre-portioned).   I like their sunflower butter (in the peanut butter aisle),  Also they have good prices on Luna Bars.

When you get to where you can have them....

They have chickent sausage that are like breakfast links...they are SOOOO good!  I usually get cheese there also.  I am new to all this.  So, I go there and just buy a couple of new things to try.  I am slowly getting some things I really like.  Just look around and don't be afraid to try some of the things.

Good luck!

Hi not sure when you can eat certain things- but I love te morning star farms stuff they have in frozen- although you can buy it at most supermarkets too. I do the veggie chicken patties, tomato basil pizza burgers, all very high protein. I also love the pre cooked ready to heat and eat lentils- major protein boost and I add to tacos, soups, salads. Its a big pain cooking those buggers from scratch!
Eggs dont agree with me but my husband is gaga for the chorizo quiche for breakfast....
Hope some of this helps!
Oh most important.....thanks to someone on this site I bought my Papaya Enzyme tablets there early out to help with nausea and I think it helped!
